So fitness February starts today!
Rather stiff and sore this morning after my first attempt at wake boarding yesterday, for the record I failed dismally. Couldn't stand up. Won at tubing though, but that's not too hard is it!
Took the first Adrenaline XR and Estrotest this morning at 05:45, after my normal 750ml bottle of water, with water. By 06:30 I was feeling a bit nauseous, had some Green Smoothie, all good.
At work I felt very hot and my brain was a bit fuzzy, that could have been pills or the fact that it was the first 30 degree day since November. Maybe summer has arrived?
Went for a 3.2km run at lunch time, bloody hot and string winds, 17 minutes, not bad and felt very strong. Quite winded though, which I am sure is a result of being unfit.
Walked up and down 7 flight of stairs 4 times.
Did 1.5 hours of light to medium karate, felt good but EVERYTHING is still sore from yesterday and it was still bloody hot. Had a 25 minute sunlight sauna, which eased things up a bit.
Took the second Estrotest just before bed at 21:40.
Food was as normal see Eating.
