Well weight has gone back down, so that's nice!
Good run at lunch time, very very humid and quite hot. Did a good time and didn't feel weak or anything, so that is a good sign too. I have obviously got my strength and fitness up.
No Karate as I had to pick Niki up, that went pear shaped when the train were running 1 hour late! She beat me home.
