Day 23.
Took Adrenaline XR and Estrotest first thing in the morning with 1/2 a glass of fruit juice.
Managed to go for a run at lunch time, really felt like I was plodding along and struggling, but the time says other wise. I have definitely got some fitness back!
Had I nice karate work out, mainly focused on Kata, so it was light continuous movement for 1 hour.
