Post pills work week went OK. I did get a little out of control with Niki away. Maybe this was too early to experiment but I believe the secret to weight loss and staying in shape is consistency.
Sometimes though we have a wobble, the important thing is to get back to the consistency as soon as you can.
Part 1 of my little experiment went OK. I can lash out a bit and I can recover from it. Now I just need to get back "on the horse".
No run today, so only 1 run this week, which has also had an impact.
