Day 2.
Had a REALLY awful nights sleep. It was very hot and humid and every time I moved I work myself up! So can't believe how sore I still am from the weekend. I don't think the Estrotest was to blame though. Eventually at midnight I figure painkillers or alcohol, decided on alcohol. So I had a single Drambuie and water. Managed to get so sleep after that. In hindsight I should have just put the aircon on.
Took the Adrenaline XR and Estrotest this morning at 05:45 with fruit juice this time and didn't have any problems. Was very hot at work again, but this could be due to the poor aircon in the building. Though I do think the Adrenaline XR is contributing.
Went for a 3.2km run at lunch time, was not too hot, with a coolish breeze, 16.30 minutes, pace is getting closer to the 5 minute per km mark. Felt very strong and not so winded this time
Walked up and down 7 flight of stairs 4 times.
Took the 2nd Estrotest before training today.
Did 1 hours of very light weights, so light in fact that I am not going to share with you! Suffice to say I can even curl a 10kg dumbbell without straps. My forearms are still stuffed from the weekend. Though I don't feel very strong I don feel I have a lot of stamina.
Had a 40 minute sunlight sauna, which eased things up a bit.
