Day 15.
Took Adrenaline XR and Estrotest first thing in the morning. Had a lot of acid stomach lately, starting to give me the hump.
Good run at lunch time, have already improved my fitness a lot, am able to run at about 4.30 per km. The extra time is waiting to traffic lights and such like.
Strong Karate session, did all the Fundamentals, followed by Kata. Feel really good.
